It isn't the End

And when its time to say

good byes
and when you think its over
a small light in your heart pushes back
and doesn't let you go
despite the false promises
despite the white lies
despite the blatant cheating
you hope for a ray of light
hope that this all might be just not true
that you and they are still one
loyal and sincere, as pure as white light
isn't it a paradox
a riddle or a fight that you cant sort out
the pain and agony, the push and pull
will just tear you apart
break you into pieces
which nobody but you will have to pick
and glue them together, piece by piece
cause thats what keeps it going
thats what keeps you breathing
and breath you must
cuz you are stronger than what you face
so say good byes if you must
but remember every end has a beginning
and you must begin where you end!
